1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Andrew's Home Services ("we", "us", or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide home services including but not limited to TV antenna installation, Starlink installation, electrical work, oven repair, CCTV installation, and TV wall mounting across the Perth metropolitan area.
All electrical work is performed by licensed electricians under Electrical Contractor Licence EC9715.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise
- Additional work not included in the original quote will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding
- We do not charge call-out fees for standard quotes
4. Booking and Cancellation
- Appointments are confirmed upon booking
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
- We will contact you if we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer
- For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work commences
- Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur late payment fees
6. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. All labour is warranted for 12 months from the date of service. Product warranties are as per manufacturer specifications. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party interference.
7. Liability
We hold $20 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Please inform us of any hazards, pets, or special access requirements before our arrival. Additional charges may apply for difficult access conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure someone over 18 is present during the service
- Clear the work area of obstacles where possible
- Provide accurate information about the job requirements
- Inform us of any relevant building or strata requirements
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is our property and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
