Can you set up a TV I bought online?

Absolutely. We don’t care where you bought it. We set up TVs from JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Costco, Amazon — even the ones from marketplace. If it turns on, we’ll set it up.

My channels keep disappearing — can you fix that?

Yes. When broadcasters move channels to new frequencies, your TV doesn’t always follow. A full retune usually fixes it. If not, the issue is likely your antenna signal, which we can test on the spot.

Can you help my parents with their TV?

This is literally half our TV setup work. We’re patient, we explain things simply, and we can write down the steps on the remote so they don’t have to remember everything. We genuinely don’t mind.
