4 simple things to check before you call us.

  • Make sure the TV’s plugged in, turned on and the mute button is off.
  • Change the batteries on your remote control
  • If you have an amplifier for the antenna system – make sure the powers supply unit (PSU) is plugged into the correct outlet and is switched on.
  • Check your wires and connections to the TV and/or set-top box. If the screen is black, snowy or blue, check another TV to see if it’s working correctly. If it isn’t, the source of the problem is likely the antenna, the coax cable or the wall plate.

It’s also a good idea to check if the TV is still under warranty and/or if you are covered for accidental damage under your house contents insurance.
