Can I install a ceiling fan where I currently have a light?

Usually yes, but we need to check the ceiling structure can support the weight and vibration. We'll also need to install a fan-rated bracket. Many fan models include a light kit so you don't lose your light fitting.

Ideally yes — a two-gang switch lets you control the fan and light independently. If you only have a single switch, we can either upgrade the switch plate or install a fan with a remote control.
