G’day I’m Andrew Your Local Ceiling Fan Installer
Are you ready for Summer? – Do you have ceiling fans installed?
Summer in Perth can be brutal. When the mercury hits 40°C everyone suffers.
If you want to cool your home and save a few dollars on the air conditioning bill, then a ceiling fan installation is your answer. Most ceiling fan installs also have a reverse mode on the fan meaning you can use them in winter to circulate warm air too.
So this year, don’t suffer through another sweaty Perth night – install ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and get a good nights sleep. We can install a ceiling fan for as little as $229* (Just make sure you have the complete kit and the instruction manual handy).

Ceiling Fan Installation Cost depends on a few things. If you wish to replace an existing light with a fan/light combo; it is better to have the remote control variety for an easier installation. With a remote control, there is no need to run extra cables for the wall controller. If a manual wall controller is to be fitted we have to be able to run additional cables to it, therefore the controller must be fitted to a wall with a cavity (most outside walls of a house are double brick and have a central cavity, interior walls have no cavity). Most fans need to fit securely onto a ceiling support beam, if there is no beam where you want the fan fitted then we have to fit additional timber supports within the roof space. Any of this will cost a little extra.
