G’day I’m Andrew Your Local Ceiling Fan Installer
Are you ready for Summer? – Do you have ceiling fans installed?

Summer in Perth can be brutal. When the mercury hits 40°C everyone suffers.
If you want to cool your home and save a few dollars on the air conditioning bill, then a ceiling fan installation is your answer. Most ceiling fan installs also have a reverse mode on the fan meaning you can use them in winter to circulate warm air too.
So this year, don’t suffer through another sweaty Perth night – install ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and get a good nights sleep. We can install a ceiling fan for as little as $229* (Just make sure you have the complete kit and the instruction manual handy).

? Ceiling Fan Installation Perth
Perth summers are brutal, and running your air con 24/7 isn’t great for the power bill or the planet. A good ceiling fan costs a fraction to run — about 2-3 cents per hour compared to 40-60 cents for aircon — and keeps air circulating so your room feels 4-5 degrees cooler without touching the thermostat.
We install ceiling fans in every room of the house — bedrooms, living areas, alfresco patios, even commercial spaces. Whether you’re replacing an old clunker or adding a fan where there wasn’t one before, we handle the wiring, mounting, and testing.

⚠️ Important: Fan-Rated Brackets
A ceiling fan weighs 8-15kg and spins at speed. It cannot hang from a standard light mounting point — it needs a fan-rated bracket bolted to a ceiling joist. We see dodgy DIY fan installs all the time where the fan is held up by a light hook and some hope. Don’t risk it falling on your head at 3am.
❓ Ceiling Fan FAQs
Can I install a ceiling fan where I currently have a light?
Usually yes, but we need to check the ceiling structure can support the weight and vibration. We’ll also need to install a fan-rated bracket. Many fan models include a light kit so you don’t lose your light fitting.
What size fan do I need?
For bedrooms up to 12sqm: 1200mm. Living areas 12-20sqm: 1300-1400mm. Large open plan areas: 1500mm+. We’ll recommend the right size when we see your space.
Do I need a separate switch for the fan and light?
Ideally yes — a two-gang switch lets you control the fan and light independently. If you only have a single switch, we can either upgrade the switch plate or install a fan with a remote control.
